Games Privacy Policy

Effective date: 21 September 2026 · Applies to every Digital Vyapar Group game on Google Play, now and in the future, unless that game publishes a separate policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Vyapar Group (“we”, “us”) handles information in all mobile games we publish on Google Play (together, the “Games”).

You may use the same URL — digitalvyapargroup.in/game-privacy-policy — in Play Console for every DVG game. One policy covers all of them.

Our B2B ERP website and ERP app are not covered here. They have a separate policy at digitalvyapargroup.in/privacy-policy.

By installing or playing any of the Games, you agree to this policy.

2. Games Covered

This policy applies to current and future Digital Vyapar Group games on Google Play, including:

  • Dot Snake (Android package com.dvggames.dotsnake) — currently published / in review

When we release a new game that uses the same data practices (local save + AdMob ads, no account), it is automatically covered by this page. We will add its name to the list above. If a future game collects extra personal data (for example login, cloud save, or chat), we will update this policy or publish a short add-on for that game before release.

3. What Data We Collect

Our Games do not ask you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.

Stored on your device

  • Game progress such as scores, stars, coins, unlocked levels, settings, and cosmetic items
  • Sound / music on or off

This data stays in the app’s local storage on your phone. Uninstalling that game deletes it.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Games may show banner and interstitial ads through Google AdMob. Google may process:

  • Device and advertising identifiers (where allowed by the platform)
  • IP address, device type, and general diagnostic information needed to serve ads
  • Ad interaction data (impressions and clicks)

We request child-directed treatment, under-age-of-consent tagging, and a maximum ad content rating of G, so ads are suitable for a general / family audience. Google’s use of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy and AdMob help.

4. How We Use Information

  • To save progress on the device
  • To show ads that help keep the Games free
  • To keep the apps working (Play services, basic diagnostics)

We do not use game progress for marketing profiles. We do not sell your information.

5. Sharing

We share information only as needed to run the Games:

  • Google AdMob / Google Play services — to load and display ads
  • Google Play — app distribution, updates, and Play policy compliance

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to data brokers.

6. Children

Our Games are casual titles intended for a general audience, including families. We do not knowingly collect personal details such as name or email from children. Ads are requested with child-directed and G-rated settings. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through some other channel, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Retention and Deletion

Local game data remains on the device until you clear app storage or uninstall that game. Advertising data processed by Google follows Google’s retention rules. There is no cloud game account to delete with us. If you have a privacy request, email us using the contact details below and name the game.

8. Security

The Games use HTTPS for ad and Play services traffic. Local save data is stored in each app’s private storage on the device.

9. Google Play Data Safety

For each game, in Play Console declare advertising / device identifiers collected through AdMob, used for advertising, and handled by Google. Do not declare account, name, or location collection unless that specific game later adds those features.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when we launch a new game or change how data is handled. The effective date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of any Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
